Yes, we had ours three days ago. 4 inches of snow and then ice last night. I will be glad when it's over. I think the cabin fever is gonna take a toll on me this winter. I had a chance to ride down to Tablerock today , fish tomorrow, and comeback Sunday and I turned it down. I must have bumped my head when I fell on the ice last night.

Seattle got smack hard this week. Imagine three days of no work because of the snow, but then at the same time it is so icy you can't make it to the river to fish.  Argggh....  The irony and humor.  ;D

J4F you just better wrap up the boat and get out the snowblower.  Me thinks we have a bad winter comin'.

Red and I got a $30 plane ticket to Vegas and headed out for some sun.  All we found was clouds, rain and snow with cold temps.  Vegas cancelled school Thursday for the first time in 30 years.

It sounds like we will be getting some really cold weather here if not the wet stuff.

Yesterday we had a high of 65*. That happened at 11 am. By 3 pm it was 41* and dropping!
We are having an early Christmas with the Grandkids Sunday and the high is forecast to be 21* with winds around 20mph.

We got 12* here right now. I just got back from an auto accident. At the scene I was trying to fill out a run form with patient info and could barely feel my fingers. Latex gloves are not my ideal cold weather wear in these kind of conditions. Hands sweat in them and get colder faster. :o

It was 3° when I got up this morning.  I have been planning a trip for Friday.  Now the W.man says rain/freezing rain/sleet and/or snow until Sat.  Cloudy Sat. with high in the low 40s.  Maybe FnF on Sat since it is supposed to be best on cloudy days.

Just came inside from starting the truck, and the temp gauge on the truck read 9* !   yesterday while we out we stopped at  a pet store and bought a "house" for the 6 outside cats that we have.  This one has the wind-block door, and we also bought one a insulating pad (looks like one of those reflective windshield sunscreens) to put under their carpet that's in there.  I no sooner had it placed on the back porch and they all crawled-in and made themselves at home.  They're outside cats and we keep them well fed and watered.  Our two huskies..............they tend to sleep outside their dog house in this weather   ::) .
