Finally Im back on a pattern.  Caught three in an hour and a half of fishin.  A three lb 10 oz fish, a  2lb 15oz fish, and a 1lb 11oz fish.  Caught the biggest sight fishing in a stange way.  I was reeling in a texas rigged lizard (green pumpkin) and saw a big one follow it I paused it and set the hook and missed him even though he ripped the tail off it.  Then I let it sit and out of nowhere it comes and eats it.  That fish fought like crazy I ll post the pics soon.  All the fish came off a green pumpkin zoom lizard on an eighth oz texas rig and around brush near shady docks.

Leaving a lizard sit there is how my partner out fishes me a lot of times when the bite is slow. Don't know how he does it, but when the bite is off he'll throw that exact same setup and lizard out and just sit back and wait. Next thing you know he's bringing one in. I just shake my head in disgust (ok jealousy)

The green lizard is doing good down here in FL when I can lay the hoeny toad down.   John
