Fishing this weekend update.
« on: March 08, 2010, 09:41:30 AM »
Well,  I took the gal out and went fishing for awhile Sunday.  We didnt catch anything but we had alot of fun and relaxed.  I did miss one on a trap but thats it.  I think I have another fishing partner.  She was throwing my spinning rod and had 0 problems. :2thumbs.

Didnt fish out of the boat.  We have run into a minor complication and technicality on a lot at the place we were wanting to go.   :o

This weekend I'm fishing the Tennessee River
downstream from Wilson Dam:

PR844C/ Core 100   Megabass PopMax/ Bandit 200/ Wiggle Wart

AVC66MF/ Scorpion 1000  LC Slender Pointer/ Megabass Ito Vision 110

MBR842C/ Core 50MG7  Rage Tail Smokin' Rooster/ Sworming Hornet with a LFT Live Magic Shad trailer

AVC70MM/ Chronarch  Sebile Flatt77/ River2Sea lipless crank/ Spro Aruka

ES70MF/ Stella 2500FD  GYCB Kut Tail/ Senko/ Fat Ika

Targeting small jaws in 4-8' of water off gravel bars and
rocky shores; ledges in deeper water. If we find any grass, soft plastics to target green fish, too!

I got up to 52, but I suspect we have dropped back
into the mid to high 40s. Water temperature in this
range is not an issue.  River current is everything and
the TVA is running +/- 50, 000 CFS 24/7. The water is
great!
