What do you guys use on your flippin rods for line. I have 20# powerpro I could use and I have 8# fluro spooled on my other rod right now.

I am  using 20lb Fireline hi viz with a fluoro leader.

i use 65# power pro.....was using 50#, but kept breaking off  :o

65lb power pro and a rod with a little give to it so i wont break the braid or rip hooks out

I dropped down to 30lb. Power Pro(8lb. dia.) and it works fine for me, I have yet to break it. I also use this same set up with double hook frogs/rats and swim jigs.

Sufix-(50# & 65#).....Power-pro-(20# & 30#).. I like em both but I like Sufix better!  IMHO..Sufix is the best feeling,slickest,strongest,roundest,(lays on spool like mono)most castable braid available! I've tried em all and Sufix wins hands down! :banger... Good Stuff! :clap
