I forgot to mention that my Friday trip with one of my twin Grandsons turned out to be a good trip. Despite the fact that we had low clouds, a light drizzle, and temps in the 50’s I still managed to put him on a few fish. It was a really slow day but my “honey hole” (a spring) paid off. He was excited.
I guess old age (4 years) caught up with my onboard charger as it bit the dust. I noticed when I plugged it in that both red and green lights came on yet we had used the motors a lot. I later discovered that both lights were out and when I tested it I had no output power. Ordered a new one that should be here the middle of next week. Oh well, we have a lake wind advisory this weekend anyway!

i had a minn kota from academy i had for two years and where the inline fuse is caught on fire and melted to my battery they replaced it for free with a new model but im debating on whether to keep it or buy the guest
