I'm lookin to buy a dart gun
« on: March 07, 2010, 06:22:10 PM »
and at least 1000 STUPID DARTS.  I'll pay good money shipped to my rod locker. ;D

Today Bear and I went to Table Rock and got on some fish out of the way 50 yds from the channel.  Every few minutes some moron d

rove his boat out onto the flat and crossed our spots.  Needless to say that stopped the bite and we had to move on down the line.

We managed to eek out 58 sandies even with the disturbances.  I think we would have topped 100 if the idiots had gone where they should have.

Without that dart gun, I'm going to have to take my 40 cal. and that won't be a good thing. >:(

BTW:  I need it by daylight tomorrow.

Not many FLW boys go as far up the river as I was today.  I was close to 60 miles above the dam.  These were hillbillies in johns, toons, and richlines.

If what they did was reportable you could always copy down their boat numbers and call it in. Personally, I would like to see an open season on them  ;D

Steve yes up by McCord bend.

Not reportable Carter just stupid.  I am proposing the development of stupid darts and when someone does something like that you shoot their boat.  The darts would be permanent and when they get 4 darts stuck to their boats then the water patrol takes the boat away from them for 47 years. ;D ;D

Many, many years ago my dad had an ocean going houseboat in Kansas. Of course people would want to ski around us getting a better look at it. My Dad carried a bucket of rocks and had a really good throwing arm! Back then not as many people carried guns as they do now. :o

When I was a kid I fished with an old guy who carried a rifle in his boat.  When skirs got too close he pulled it out and layed it on his lap in plain sight.  They tended to move away when they saw it. ;D
