Went Monday a.m. to Lock 8. We didn't catch a tremendous amount of fish but we enjoyed our day on the water regardless. Most all were 12"ers. Had many more hits each, had a few each come unbuttoned at the boat as well. I did catch one fish about 4 lbs. but i held it at the boat until i could shake it off my buzzbait hook ....a grennel whacked it! All the bass i caught came on a 6" Tightlines UV Lizard, except for one of the small bass and it was on the buzzbait. Dilbert caught all of his on a lizard. I think i caught 1 more than he did overall.
NO wind, mid 90's and not a cloud in the sky, 84-85* water temp. w/light stain. Never saw anyone else land a fish throughout the day. Home by 3p.
