SOLD! SHIMANO CALCUTTA TE 250 DC (NEW)
« on: June 25, 2010, 04:38:54 PM »
I have a Calcutta TE 250 DC that was spooled up with 12lb flouro, and never used. It's a righty, and I wanted a lefty, but I bought it anyway. I found a lefty shortly after so this was never used. The guy I bought it from spooled it up, and decided to sell it. I have box, papers, oil & wrench, there is no Shimano reel cover, but I will throw in a BPS neoprene cover. I just want to get my money back which is $350. This awesome reel sells for $529.00 at Tackle Warehouse, so this is a GREAT deal any way you slice it! $350 TYD (will ship priority USPS w/delivery confirmation) pay pal, no trades please, post & pm.

Thanks,
Jeff

Thank you E Bass.....I thought the same thing when I bought it! Had it on BBS, but no action on it, and I just don't understand it! I have 2 lefty DC's, and 2 TE's and I absolutely love them. Before I saw the 250 size I thought it would be too big, but it isn't at all. I wonder if other folks think the same thing?

I also have a PERFECT Daiwa Alphas 103L (lefty, purple) with ZPI handle, and bearings for 300 TYD.....not a scratch on it. I know you can buy a new one for around the same money, but it's a hundred bucks for a ZPI after shipping from Japan, so I think it's a fair price.

it's been tough to sell high-end stuff lately....i think a while after icast, it'll be easier. under normal circumstances, i think that 250dc wouldn't last a day on BBC
