Couple of Nice Lake Fork Bass...
« on: March 14, 2007, 02:26:51 PM »
Caught last Spring at Lake Fork.  40 degrees, 20-30 mph winds, pouring rain, and eventually severe storms!

8.2lbs

6lbs

There's a lot of things I ain't, and a bad fisherman is one of them.

awsome fish.  I'd like to latch into something like that.

Sounds like my fork trip but I got skunked.

I don?t know about you Dewserb but I caught an 8# and a 6.6# on the same morning a few years back, and shook for the rest of the day.

Yep.  I know exactly what you mean.  We hadn't had the boat wet for 10 minutes when I caught the 8.2!   :o  Then about an hour later I caught the 6!  If it hadn't been for the storms, I believe it would have been the best fishing trip I'd ever been on.  We were supposed to fish 2 days, and we only got to fish 4 hours.   :(  Out of our group of 6, I was the only one who caught fish (including the guides).
