Did any of you guys buy the Vendetta rod made by abu Garcia that we were discussing last year at this time. If so how do you like them.

I have 5 of them and absolutely love them. One of the best rods I have fished. In that price range, they are much better than other rods of similar price in my opinion.

I bought mine from a friend of a friend. He had a business on the side and sold them to me for his cost. They were like $40 something dollars each.

Are we talking about the same vendetta rods that are for sale at BPS for $79-$89? Are they really $49-$59 at woods and waters? There usually a little more expensive there. Does anybody use them with the revo reels? They state that they are made specifically for those reels. Are they noticeably better than other rods that are usually twice that expensive. I've fished many different brands of high dollar ($150-$300) reels and the revos seem to out perform them all.

I saw them on sale at W & W a couple of weeks ago for $49 or $59. I don't know if they are still on sale but they were when I went in there a couple of weeks ago.
