At least they pressed charges! Most of the time the cheaters get banned and that's pretty much it.

There was another out in California not too long ago that got caught shoving specially made 2oz. weights into the fishes gullets. One of those must have fallen out in the weigh basket or if he had a partner tipped the t-officials off, is all I can figure. If you read it and do the fuzzy math the number of fish filleted(3), that days creel(5 fish), they're one fish short because he was alledgedly accused of stuffing 9 fish. He was banned for life and no charges were filed best I remember after confessing to the officials.
