Chinaberry wood
« on: May 07, 2011, 02:59:47 PM »
Hey folks, I had a Chinaberry tree go down the morning of the tornado. If you, or someone you know, locally wants some of the wood for craft or carving projects you are welcome to it! It is a nice looking wood so i looked it up on-line and it makes very nice looking carvings, bowls, lathe work, etc.

If anyone is interested please speak up fast because i am in the process of getting rid of the clippings now. I haven't measured it but, at the largest part of the tree it appears to be close to 18-19 inches OD. Just post here if there is any interest and we'll go from there.
