Use the envelopes to separate the money at weigh in.   Thats usually the most confusing part of the whole deal.

Make sure you record the persons full name.  That has caused some confusion too when inputting the results, because sometimes I dont know which Wicker or Whitson it actually is.

Have every team sign in themselves(first and last name) and then you fill out their boat # and if they are in the supplemental pot. I know most everybody but it was easier for me to have each team sign in rather than ask everyone their names.
