For those of you that have fished with me or even looked in my boat after a tournament, you know it can be littered with plastic baits after a day's fishing. If you ever throw them overboard rather than into the bottom of the boat, check out this article:

That is why at some of the premium pay lakes they wont let you fishing with sinking plastic baits (like Senkos)

I put all my "nubs" in the bottom of the boat. Likewise though, there are those few that don't come back on the retrive.

Good informative article. I'm guilty of occasionally tossing worn-out/torn plastics over the side, however, since reading the article I won't be doing it anymore.
