The Two Lure tournament is Saturday April 30th. For all you new members, you can only bring two rods, two reels and two lures. In other words you get two break offs. You can bring any two lures (spinnerbaits, crankbaits, buzzbaits, anything you want). If you decide to bring plastics, you can have two setups (1 hook, 1 weight, 1 unopened pack of plastics = 1 setup). This covers shakyheads, jigs, t-rigs, carolina rigs, etc. You can bring 1 plastic setup and 1 spinnerbait etc.  Please respond here if you are planning on coming. This will be from safe light to 12 noon. Remember, please remove all of your other tackle and equipment from your boat. Feel free to bring a guest, a child, your wife or whoever you want to fish with. Hope to see everyone there. If you have any questions, call me 394-1402 or ask them here.

I WOULD LIKE TO FISH,NEEDING A SEAT

Found out yesterday that i have to move my daughter in MS this weekend. I know i'll be over there Fri., but not sure about Sat. a.m. ... If im not over there, or if there is a gap in the pickum up truck schedule sat. a.m. (since it's only til lunch), i'll be there! ... that's if i can find someone to fish it with. All my batteries are bad and don't reeeally want to fish from the lil two man bote.

I believe that is the best decision, I wouldn't even be able to concentrate on fishing and enjoying myself w/ my son knowing just a few miles up the road there are people needing help..This was just pure full blown CHAOS! If it hadn't been for trees being across the road on hwy 171, I would've been going right into the heart of this storm trying to make it to work.....Count your blessings people and don't complain about anything, I'm sure not!
