Weigh in team
« on: April 11, 2008, 11:50:34 AM »
Shannon,

As host you and the weigh in team will need to setup for weigh in.  During weigh in you will record weights.  Jackie will work the scale, I will work the mesh bags (my usual role, bag man, or is that left holding the bag?  ;D) and we will recruit someone to work the sink.  Don't forget the green bucket, as we will need to collect each team's water from the sink, so we can return it to their carry sack for the walk back down to the water.

You might consider setting up next to the burned out head right next to the stairs back to the ramp.  We should start weigh in about 3:10-3:15 (as soon as all the boats are back on their trailers).

Sounds good to me Bob. Ellis is fishing with me so I will get him to help out. We will probably have 11 to 13 boats so we will need to take out to weigh. Last year we set up by the ramp but this year we will have too many boats to do that.
