Ok,OK already!
« on: October 24, 2011, 04:52:58 AM »
Sunday mornings are generally rather laid back around our house so I wasn’t in any hurry to get anything in particular done. I had gone out early to look over the yard but since the grass was wet I decided to wait until later in the day to mow. Well apparently I waited a little too late. I heard a knock at our door and heard the wife talking to someone. She walked into the study laughing and then said “We have been told that we have the nicest looking yard in the neighborhood”. I asked “and someone stopped by to tell you that”? No, that was some kid wanting to know if we wanted him to mow the yard.
I mowed! ::)

You are so lucky Scott to live in a neighborhood where there are young people who are willing to look out for the old folks. >:D
