There must be something wrong...
« on: November 26, 2011, 09:43:16 AM »
with me.

We did Thanksgiving on Wed. evening because Super Cop had to work on Thurs.  So Red and I decided to head into Springfield and grab a bite to eat Thursday evening.

We drove around town looking to see what was open.  Low and behold John L. had the big store open until 8.  The catalog outlet was closed so we went over to see what was going to be on sale Friday.  The had stuff our and ready to be grabbed up early the next morning.  I looked most every thing in fishing, clothing, shoes, and gifts but I could not find a thing that interested me in buying then or coming back to get.

Maybe it is all of those baits I have made up in the garage that I'll never live long enough to use or maybe Red was right when she said she saw a monkey hanging around the back yard and shot it grave yard dead. ;D ;)

Ha ha Jig Man. Sounds like Red keeps a sharp eye out. I doubt there's  anything wrong with ya though. I went down to Wichita to see mom and the Kids and my sisters. Yesterday after doing a bit of tree trimming for my daughter I decided to take a quick peek inside Gander Mountain to pick up a couple War Eagles in case I get back over to LOZ anytime soon. My stash is in a large tub in Nashville.  :'( Well I did end up adding a couple cans of Seafoam for the old XR6.  That stuff is $10 per can in auto stores in Topeka but at  Gander it was only $8. Was that a good price?

OK,  so it ain’t just me? We went to the outlaws for Turkey Day and had a talk with the kids about what their kids wanted for Christmas. I ended up giving my SIL $100 bucks to buy clothing for my Grandsons Maine bear hunt and $100 to my youngest child for my Granddaughters pottery obsession.
I didn’t set foot in any store and am dang proud of it! ;D

Not a thing wrong with that Scott. My folks decided to just give money to the grandkids starting last year. But then they don't live in KY anymore either. Still a good idea though.

Steve I use seafoam all the time in the fuel for small engines.  I don't run it in the Opti as I use Quick Kleen in every tank and have from the git-go.  I think it's about $10 here.  Do you have any prospects on the house yet?

Scott as my daughter would say, "Green is most everyone's favorite color." ;D

Yup, Green was definitely the order of the day. My daughter managed to get some from both me and Rachel.  Ha ha.
I'm not doing so well on the house selling. I'm selling as is and the house has a few concerns. We'll see. Regardless, I will be in Nashville come 2012 by hook or by crook, I'll get there somehow. Rachel is having too good of a time there so I gotta get going. LOL  ;)

Between going back and forth to the hosp. and attempting to do some yard work over the holiday, on friday morning(which knocked the yard work in the head), i was made to go shopping  >:D. Took the youngest, went to one store with a list, dropped a few Benjamin's and out the door we went.
