well she went out and out did mine she caught a 13 lb 6 oz striper all by herself first one that she has ever caught and the biggest but I don't care to get beat by mom on something like this

Dad had to hold it up for her cause it was to heavy for her to lift with serious back problems

nice stripper. great job :)

I have to say that as much as i love lm or sm bassfishing...there is nothing like fighting a 10+lb stripper from 30 feet of water. When it gets colder here they move into our normal largemouth bass spots on the oklawahaa river (off lake george in florida). 30-40 feet turns...they just sit there. We use something like the BPS Hyper Striper, but in all white with a small 2" white trailer. to get down deep. They are awesome when you catch them down deep and you fight those stronger fish for about 10 minutes...they keep coming and then dart back down as if they are playing with you.
