The wife and I went paylakeing tonight!
« on: June 16, 2007, 12:28:04 AM »
We went to a paylake tonight and had a blast. My wife caught a nice flathead and so did my budie james. But I caught a 10 lber and won the hour(85.00) wohooo I was grinning when the minutes clicked off. I bought a new rod today a Berkley big game and broke it in on the 10lb flatie. Here are the pics.

Same here! It's been a long time since I've been too. However, the last one we went to was like a dollar a pound. Almost not worth it!(then)

But hey, Bass is like $1,136.22 a pound at my house...what do I know.

Too bad they don't make that stinky stuff called "Cat Attack" anymore. It stunk no less that the rest of them, but we always had good success with the stuff. The largest I ever caught in a pay lake was 8lbs. Pulled like a dump truck too!

Oh, and add a big slice of white onion(or Vidalia  if in season) and a wedge of Vlasic(sp) Kosher dill pickle with that invisible catfish fish fillet platter you've got going there ;)

I better hush now...
