trout fishing
« on: September 24, 2008, 09:02:22 AM »
Well Saturday I will be trout fishing for the first time in probably 3 years.  I hope I remember how not to fall in the cold water.

Sounds like fun.

The only trout I have ever seen is in the fishing tank at the boat shows.

the bummer is I can only catch 4 of them.  So that should take about 10 min in the morning.  What to do the rest of the day.  Oh I know.  Relax. LOL

Good luck Gman. What kind of bait will you be using? Flies, cheese, corn?

GMAN: "Good Luck" w/ the Trout*, I'm waiting for the stocking Rep. from T.P.W.D. They usually stock them here in San Antonio 'round Oct.-Dec. Rainbows to be specific.  This yr. I'm going to use some test product Imitation Salmon-Eggs, I've also got some Berkley-Power-Bait-Fl.-Orange-BTBF02; Trout-Bait-Floating Formula. It worked well last year, The Imitation-Salmon-Eggs will be a 1st time try..."Take Care", L8r. James,"VATO LOCO"<;({})><
