Galveston Trout Warning

Hopefully this isn't a repost. Apparently there's a warning on trout consumption in Galveston area. Sad to think Texas waters can be that polluted.  8 oz is hardly a meal. :'(

That's a shame.  Is it fertilizer runoff, mecury, or some sort of industrial waste?
