we didnt measure it but id say itwas 1 3/4 feet to 2 1/2 feeet but i am not sure

Drew, count your blessings to be able to do all that salt and fresh water fishing while you are still young enough to not have all the worries of adulthood. Wannt trade :shrugI never did any saltwater fishing until I was in my 20's and only once at that. I finally got to do more of it after I got in my 30's.

yeah they got it pretty bad that week. i was peeling like a banana  :banana for a while. for got sunscreene on that one spot.

Good pics!  Nasty looking eel.  I recall yrs ago guys would catch them off the pier in Chasn, SC, and then beat them against the pier while still on the line to stun them, then cut the line to get rid of them.  Nasty, slimy things.
