As a change of pace from my summer bass fishing,..I occasionally take my kayak out in the salt water off my town beach.  This morning was a very good day for me and I picked up 2 stripers.  The first was small,..less than 20 inches but the second one was this 34-incher pulled me around for a good little while before I got it into the yak!  I called it a morning at that point since I promised a friend from work that I would "catch him something for dinner" in return for some favors that he's done for me!  Now that the debt is paid,...I'm glad that I can get back to fishing "just for fun"!!

Normally I would,..but it's been so danged windy here this year that I haven't been able to very much!
