part numbers
« on: December 23, 2009, 07:46:54 PM »
Why do you have so many part numbers for the same reel? I ordered a part for a symetre 2500 bail assembly when I received it the part wasn't the one I needed I ordered another one and returned the other one. Well I didn't receive credit for the one I returned. I called and talked to someone about this and he said I needed a number so they could trace it well I had my wife mail it off and it went regular mail but I didn't know what number I needed cause I saw 4 or 5 different part numbers for the reel. I wan't a happy person but I also can't blame you guys. I put the receipt that came with the part with the part that I returned. So after this I plan on finding me another company to deal with. But I was just wondering why so many part numbers on reels.

We may do a running change to a part on the reel which will be a new part number. Different reel models will have different part numbers because they are different parts. As far as your credit I would need your info and we would go from there.
