Anybody making anything?
« on: September 06, 2007, 05:17:10 PM »
I got a few items to post but I left my camera up to my parents. I'll be going to get it tomorrow so hopefully I'll have the pics posted by tomorrow afternoon. Swizzle

been making a bunch of jigs but nothing new yet.  Once I get some time I've got all kinds of little projects I want to do.

Well here's my new soft spinners. I call them soft spinners because I made them with 30# test steel leader material instead of solid wire. I love the way these look. I should mention that the spinner on the top has a red belly. The pic isn't really bright enough to show it though. My only question on these is the loop at the top. Do you guys think it should be smaller? Should I add a barrel swivel or should I just leave it as is. I don't have an extra black and red that I did earlier today. I already sold the card and the first customer that saw them was quick to grab one. As always I want to hear your honest opinions. Swizzle

The size of the hole does not matter to the fish.  I add swivels before I close the loop.  Just coming from a fellow inline spinner maker.  I really like your soft spinner concept! That is cool!

These two shots below are spinners I made before deciding to add the swivel.

I am in the thought process of making some Buzzbaits (whodathunkit) Got some skirts the other day. Finding a few particular blades will be the challenging though.
