Yes, and I will be deleting this post before my secret gets out. ;D

Very cool Jigman.  Those are 2 of my favorite colors.  There is one more color also.

I'm going to have to order that mold.

Before you order the mold, take a look at them up close.  I'll put some in the mail today so you should be able to look them over by late week.

I'll also send one that has a clear coat dip so you can see the difference.

Do you need pics of the piston inside the injector.

Also, if you make them, some kind of snap lock would be a big improvement for the nozzles as far as I am concerned.

Thanks,   Have you found any down side to them?

Have you fished them?

i really like the style and the 1/4 head thickness.

They are labor intensive.
NO, I have only had the mold since the snow storm Thursday.

If you decide to get into them, be sure to order the Calhoun plastic from Bear.  His price is great and I had so many reheats on one little project with white, I melted the flake in it and still did not scorch it.

Have you ever done any injecting?  I have done a lot and keep several homemade injectors ready.  With the store bought ones and few molds:
I inject try to evacuate the injectors (never happens completely)
Wait for the plastic to set up
Empty and reclamp mold
Switch injector and inject a second batch
Put plastic in micro for a reheat
Clean injectors and ready them for second use with high heat gloves
Empty and reclamp mold

REPEAT process.

I only have 2 molds but would like to have 2 or 3 more.

THAT being said, the double injector is more than twice as hard.

I was checking out del mart also this morning.  He too has injectors.  I wonder if they would cross with each molds???  I like bears mold designs

Hmm,  thats not too bad on labor.  Just a little bit more the any two piece mold.  I never have done any injecting.

I'll let you know on how we work out this injector maker.  I dont think it will be that hard.

I hope the rain, freezing fog, and other wintry stuff leaves and the snow melts by Sat.  If so then I plan to take bear and give it a try.

jigman,  I got those tubes last night.  I really like them and how thick the head is.  I also had a bunch of ideas in mods for it.

I dont know which I like better the dipped clear one or the ribbed one.  Both are really neat.  I did some comparison to my favorite store brand ones and I'll need the 4.5"  and dip it clear to duplicate it.   I really like the 4" though.  I think that might be the ticket in colder water and smallie water.  Hmmm.

BTW I ordered a nozzel for an injecter from del mart.  Let the R&D begin when I get it.
