Baitmonkey got me hard....

I got my bonus  :$ at work the other day and the Baitmonkey  :chimp noticed the extra money. The wife noticed too, but she said I earned it so I should spend it.  :smit She's the best.

Went to Del-Mart molds and bought a mold for a 4" Senko style, 4" Sweet Beaver style, jig trailer, and a 4" shakey head/dropshot worm. I also picked up all the plastic and cooking stuff. I'm going with Crossbows oil based Hawg Sauce for scent.

Went on eBay and found a 24"x60" stainless food prep table for pouring. Got it cheep. I love eBay.

Then once the monkey realized I had money left over he sent me over to Heartland Tackle to pick up some new ceramic reel bearings and drag washers for the Scorpions.

Bonus is gone and the monkey left. He's still out there so be careful!  :monk2

Today went to BPS with baitmonkey.

Yes we spent money:

1.)    7 ft. BPS baitcasting rod Med. Heavy
2.)     6 1/2 ft. BPS baitcasting rod Med.
3.)     2 - packages of line trimers and 36 inch lanyard.
4.)     4- pks. baby flukes   Pumpkin green and shad.
5.)     2- pkg. reel grips   Green/White  and Camo
6.)     2- 1/8th oz. booyah buzzbaits Chartruse blade and skirt
                                 White blade and skirt.
7.)     1-  New tuff trainer storage system.

My pal and your pal and comrade in arms in the fight to catch bass has done his job.  :chimp :chimp :chimp :chimp :chimp

I've been kicking the idea around for a while. Finally my wife said "go for it" and settled the decision for me. I've got a 7 week sabatical next year from work and I plan on spending 75% of the time on the road moving from one fishing hole to the other. Gonna need a lot of baits so I'll be busy pouring over the winter.
