Rod Builders, I Need Help/Advice

I've been thinking of selling this Rogue Rod & have it listed on a few sites for sale.  But I've been thinking I like this baitcast rod, but I'd like to get it more up to date w/ a split grip handle, eva grips, a hook keeper like the ones on Kistler rods & zirconia guides.  The cork in front of the reel seat I would like to get it to have either no fore grip or a small fore grip like on Shimano Cumara rods.  I want to keep the same rod length also, don't want it any shorter or longer.

Is it possible to send this rod to a rod builder to redo this rod w/ what I want?  If so, roughly what am I looking at to get it done?  I have no idea on how to take on a challenge like that, I'd prefer to send it to someone who knows what they are doing.

Can you recommend a rod builder if this can be done?

Thanks
