Storm Wiggle Wort
« on: February 08, 2006, 09:41:21 AM »
The wal-mart store where I work has the Storm Wiggle Worts marked down to $3.00 each. Do you guys think it would be worth me purchasing three of them in different color patterns? Thanks in advance for replies, Rob

And Rob, please buy two of each size/color you choose. That way when you lose one and you will, you'll have a replacement. :)

I got one of the Wiggle Wart's at our WalMart also.  Went back the other night to pickup a couple more and everything was gone.   :(

Scored again!  Had to go to WalMart again to pickup some items just in case the snow that's coming down decides to accumulate. Anyway, ventured over to the fishing section and found some closeout baits in another aisle:

-Mann's Tail Dragger Jr., 1/4 oz: color- Milky Way.  Was $4.94, got it for $2.50
-Another Mann's Baby 8-, Brown Craw. $0.75 !
-Wood Works Little Diver 2, Purple Sun.  $1.75
-4 packs of assorted colors/shapes of Riverside soft plastics: $.075 each.
-And...found an Abu Garcia Super 7 spinning rod, MH.  Normally $24 and some change.  Got it for $10.00.

I'm pretty pleased at the moment   :)

I'm getting :tick.  You guys buy all of these lure el cheapo.  Carter buys a $6 drift sock.  And I cant find a single deal at walmart.  Every time I go there there isnt anything but normal price stuff. :scratch

GLman,
The $.75 Riverside plastics I found were in a box sitting on the very bottom shelf by the hard baits at our WalMart.  They were next to a box of assorted Renegade hard baits that are priced at $1.97 each.  Your store may have them, they're just not out in plain view possibly.  I had to ask the sales clerk where the discounted rods were.

Here are the colors I got; 2 red crayfish, 2 chartreuse crayfish, 1 green crayfish, 1 green shad, and 1 silver blue shad. I'm hoping at least a couple of them work,LOL!
