I  Made a few casts with my buddy's Tica casting rod today. Boy what a nice rod! Very light, very sensitive. It felt better than any rod I have ever tried, I have never had a Loomis in my hand, but it was nicer than my St. Croix. I have been shopping for rods, and these just moved to the top of my list. Anyone using them
